In December 2015, a privately-owned narrow strip of land—an “odd-lot,” left over from the widening of Lomas Blvd—was transformed into a site to exhibit public art. Off Lomas, a project by Candice Hopkins and Raven Chacon, hosts temporary artworks by four artists per year. Off Lomas is located at 602 13th Street NW.

The 2016/17 series of commissions for Off Lomas is made possible in part by the Fulcrum Fund, a grant program of 516 ARTS in partnership with The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts.
